• Unionized workplaces: We provide comprehensive services to unions and their members throughout Atlantic Canada including matters relating to arbitrations and workplace grievances.

• Wrongful Dismissal: We provide advice to individuals who may have been wrongfully dismissed or had their employment terminated.

• Disciplinary & Board Hearings: We represent clients before licensing boards of various self regulating professions incluing the College of Registered Nurses, the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists. We have also provided advice to physicians in relation to hospital privileging matters.
